Ownership and licences
Unless stated otherwise, original website text and design are published for Milestones Clinic for Children. Legacy clinic photographs and marks are reused from the prior site on the basis of operational continuity; ownership and consent records should be confirmed in the launch file.
Permitted use
You may link to public pages and make limited quotations where permitted by law with clear attribution. Do not reproduce complete articles, images, branding or the site design for commercial use without permission.
Takedown request
Email server@milestoneskochi.com with your name, contact details, the exact URL, identification of the protected work, the disputed material, the basis of your claim and any supporting evidence. Do not send unnecessary identity documents. We will review the request, may seek clarification, and may restrict material while ownership or permission is checked.
No unsupported formal claims
This process does not describe itself as a DMCA counter-notice system because the operator and applicable jurisdiction have not been confirmed.
